Cackle

(Inspired by Women Who Run With The Wolves – Clarissa Pinkola Estés)

Cackle, woman,

Cackle like the witch you are.

Bring spittle and star sparkle.

Let that heave of breast, bounce,

and that shortness of breath, hiss.

Belly roar,

belly bulge,

cackle you wild woman.

You are rich.

  2. What a woman, what a book! What a roar! I have just picked this book up again after a little break. It is always in tune with my head space and I reckon every woman should read it at least once in her life. Love your writings. Thanks x

    • Yes!! I encourage every woman I know to read it!!! I have been taking my time to read it, but when ever I pick it up, the chapter always resonates with where I am at, at the time. Thank you for your kind words. Blessings in poetry, Jessie xx
